Louis Yiannapis is born in 1970, is a Cypriot artist based in Nicosia. His expressive paintings are known for vibrant colours and profound messages, evoking deep emotion. From 1992 to 1995, he studied icon painting at the Emmanuel Panselinos School of Byzantine Icon Painting. In 2009, he joined the CO.BR.A artistic movement, which opposes Geometric Abstraction and Socialist Realism. Yiannapis, through his art, has drawn a global following, captivating collectors from Cyprus, Greece, Italy, France, and all around the world.
